Mike has over 20 years of experience in solutions delivery, sales and management. He has held management roles in business and technical solution development, process re-engineering and complex enterprise-wide programs.
Mike comes to Interaction Associates after serving as Director of New Initiatives with Cell Exchange, Inc. in Cambridge. He managed delivery operations for its Governmental Practice, with overall responsibility for process improvement in delivery, support, staffing, recruiting and career management, as well as client management and business development for new and emerging clients.
At Cambridge Technology Partners, Mike managed the Northeast regions consulting practice with overall responsibility for client delivery and sales management.
At Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Mike was a Senior Manager in its technology consulting practice, specializing in the business development and delivery of global software solutions, architecture and technical infrastructure. He was voted the Total Quality Management (TQM) champion for its Boston office.
Mike received his BA from Ohio State University and MA from the University of Washington (Seattle).
