Gainesville, FL (PRWEB) April 27, 2005 – Writers Aaron Thomas H. and Jeremy C. Anderson are looking to Ebay, to find a high bidder from Hollywood to snatch up their recently finished movie script synopsis, Buck Rogers In The 25th Century – The Original Space Hero." Listed on Ebay for a 10 day auction, the copyrighted script opened bidding at $9,999, and will be listed from April 27th to May 6th.

(PRWEB) April 29, 2005 -- With the eruption of successful Hollywood remakes over the past several years, including Oceans Eleven, Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and the highly anticipated releases of The Longest Yard and War of the Worlds, writers Aaron Thomas H. and Jeremy C. Anderson were inspired to revisit a story with a tradition of evolving with media formats and being retold for each generation. According to Anderson We wanted to tell a story that had generations of dedicated fans and strong characters." Thomas was intrigued by the prospect of using todays special effects in retelling the Buck Rogers saga in a way younger generations expect, Buck Rogers seemed the likely fit."

The authors began researching and collaborating on the Buck Rogers project in January 2004, having submitted a final treatment to the Writers Guild, their story is now available for review on Ebay at the following web address.

The authors, who are starting their bid at $9,999, believe the box office trends indicate the story has great potential to be entertaining and profitable. Breaking into Hollywood is tough; we just want to get the script into the hands of a Hollywood insider, who can take it to the next level. So we are using every avenue available, including Ebay, with an attractive opening bid," says Thomas. If they are successful, they have plans to sell an original Western treatment using Ebay as well. The writing team is also open to developing the Buck Rogers script further upon request.
