In the combined company, Gregory S. Hatfield will continue as Chief Executive Officer and President of both entities. Bob Shelley, founder of Octet Consulting, joins Bi3 Solutions as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. He will take on the same roles with Octet. John Popham joins Bi3 Solutions as Vice President in charge of Sales, Marketing and Client Relations.
