The Virgil L. Jones Lecture Series is a ministry of the Gratiot Avenue Presbyterian Church in partnership with several churches in metropolitan Detroit. Diane Smalley, the pastor of the Gratiot Church, states that the bridge building lecture series was launched in 2004 at the Kirk in the Hills, Bloomfield Hills.
Wallis will lecture on Friday, May 6, at 7 p.m. at the downtown Fort Street Presbyterian Church, 631 West Fort Street, Detroit.
