VR Systems' on-site IT staffing and solutions capability complements PSG's Optimal Sourcing Model (OSM)for outsourced IT services and software development

VR Systems Inc., is a privately held IT Consulting and Professional staffing firm and was founded in 1994 and serves a large, diverse group of IT clients in the Northeast. The acquisition brings the total to five companies now part of the Pi Sigma Group.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Focus Enterprises, a Washington D.C. based boutique investment bank assisted and advised Pi Sigma Group on this transaction.
