Monica Ricci, Atlanta Professional Organizer won a prestigious industry award, given at annual conference of the National Association Of Professional Organizers. The 2005 NAPO conference, held in San Diego was the largest in NAPO history with over 800 Professional Organizers in attendance.
(PRWEB) May 13, 2005 -- Monica Ricci, owner of Atlanta-based Catalyst Organizing Solutions, was awarded the prestigious NAPO President's Award at the 2005 National Association of Professional Organizers conference. The 2005 conference was held April 28 through May 1 in San Diego, California where more than 800 Professional Organizers -- the largest group ever assembled -- gathered to learn from and network with colleagues and industry experts. The President's Award was given to Ricci and six members of the NAPO Chapter Relations Committee to honor their outstanding contributions to the Professional Organizing industry.
"I am flabbergasted to have been chosen as a recipient of the President's Award!" exclaimed Ricci. "Weve worked very hard during the past two years, accomplishing a number of great goals for NAPO, and this award validates our efforts in a wonderful way" said Ricci. NAPO President Barry Izsak surprised the seven recipients of The Presidents Award by honoring the entire team rather than one individual for the first time in NAPO history.
The NAPO Chapter Relations Committee was hand-selected in 2003 by committee chairperson and Philadelphia Professional Organizer Shawn Kershaw. Kershaw said, "The best part about winning this award was that the entire committee was recognized." Started in 1985, the National Association of Professional Organizers boasts a membership of more than 3,000 members internationally, and celebrates its twentieth anniversary this year as "The Organizing Authority".
Monica Ricci helps people create organized and productive home and work environments through decluttering, evaluating and improving workflow, time management and life habits.
