The Human Capital Institute, a think tank, professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Recruitmax, a global leader in technology and services for building great workforces, today announced a collaboration that has successfully resulted in the training and certification of Recruitmax consultants, account managers and customer service representatives as Human Capital Strategists.

Washington D.C. / Jacksonville, FL (HRMarketer/PRWeb) June 3, 2005 -- The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a think tank, professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Recruitmax, a global leader in technology and services for building great workforces, today announced a collaboration that has successfully resulted in the training and certification of Recruitmax consultants, account managers and customer service representatives as Human Capital Strategists (HCS).

"We view this alliance with Recruitmax as a leading indicator of an exciting new move in sales and customer service," said David Forman, HCI's Chief Learning Officer. "Earning an HCS designation has equipped front-line employees to provide a higher level of customer service by better understanding the full range of client needs, speaking the customer's language, being current on cutting-edge ideas and content, and being able to anticipate future customer needs and requirements. By putting its consultants and customer service team through this rigorous certification program, Recruitmax has pioneered this new trend and raised the bar for other customer service organizations."

The Principles of Human Capital Management certificate program is a highly interactive, uniquely designed program based on the synthesis of the latest research, best practices, and insights from HCI's own research initiatives. The course integrates the full spectrum of talent management functions: strategic planning, acquiring, developing, deploying, retaining and evaluating human capital. To achieve the Human Capital Strategist designation, course participants must successfully complete the course, exam and a practicum designed to directly integrate the benefits of the course into the workplace.

"Having our customer service team certified as Human Capital Strategists fits our overall business strategy," said Kevin Marasco, director of Marketing for Recruitmax. "Recruitmax is passionate in the belief that people are the key differentiator for building a successful business. Our workforce management software and services are used by more than 500 companies worldwide to acquire, develop and retain the best people for their organizations.
