Eastshore Architects Announces New and Notable South Florida Clients: Professional Athletes, Rum Masters, Entrepreneurs, Eastshore Is the Firm of Choice

Coral Gables architecture and design firm, Eastshore Architects, has been commissioned to create significant residences for a list of clients that reads like a whos who of South Florida. Business partners Luis Jauregui and Ignacio Zabaleta have built Eastshore into a firm known for offering fine domestic architecture to an elite host of clients.

Coral Gables, FL (PRWEB) June 8, 2005 -- Coral Gables architecture and design firm, Eastshore Architects, has been commissioned to create significant residences for a list of clients that reads like a whos who of South Florida. Business partners Luis Jauregui and Ignacio Zabaleta have built Eastshore into a firm known for offering fine domestic architecture to an elite host of clients. The new commissions include:

Coral Gables
Glen and Cristy Rice, of Miami Heat fame, have commissioned Eastshore to design a 12,000 square foot Neo-Mediterranean home in Gables Estates. Scheduled to break ground in June, 2005, the home will contain the latest technology: a home theater, ‘smart-home design and will feature a courtyard with hardscaping shaped as a basketball.

Pedro Prado has commissioned Eastshore to design a 5,000 sq. ft. tropical modern home in Coral Gables. This home will incorporate all of the luxuries of smart house design but incorporate the exterior with the interior by creating external rooms. Eastshore is currently in the initial design phase with the project and expect to break ground in February 2006.

Developer Omar Hernandez has hired Eastshore for two personal projects. Eastshore is remodeling Hernandez current home on the Venetian Causeway while the firm designs a new 12,000 sq. ft. residence in Gables Estates. The house will feature neo-Mediterranean design and the latest concepts. The Gables Estate project is estimated to break ground in March 2006.

Journeys End
Tony & Cathy Blank, of Brands Food have commissioned Eastshore to design an 11,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean home in Journey's End. The interior architecture is being done by Marcos Guinaldo. This commission has just broken ground and is estimated for completion in early 2007.

Snapper Creek
A 10,000 sq. ft. French Neo-Classical home in Snapper Creek is being designed for, Jeff and Cynthia Azari, owners of Pacific Coral Seafood Company. The project will break ground in August 2005.

Coconut Grove
Eastshore has been commissioned to design two spec homes for Reco Development in Coconut Grove. One home will feature a Spanish styling while the other will be a Key West design. These projects are scheduled to commence in February 2006.

In addition to these challenging new commissions, Eastshore is proud to announce completion of the following projects.

Eastshore completed a 12,000 square foot home in Key Biscayne for Claudio and Yvonne Alvarez, the owners of Matusalem Rum. The interior design was done by Beatriz Pila of B Pila Design Studio.

Additionally, Eastshore recently completed a historic renovation in Coral Gables for Raul and Francia Valdes-Fauli with interior design by Maria Eugenia Cosculluella.
