Pentagon Hosts Book Signing Event for Author, Paul Lawrence Vann

On Monday, June 20, Paul Lawrence Vann returns for a tour of duty in the Pentagon, however this time he will be signing his book, Living on Higher Ground," How to live with passion, motivation, and joy – A salute to the military life.

Washington, DC (PRWEB) June 15, 2005 -- The Pentagon welcomes Paul Lawrence Vann, author, motivational speaker, and chairman of Laurel Wreath Publishing located in Maryland.

Paul Lawrence Vann will be autographing Living on Higher Ground, Monday, June 20 between 11AM and 2 PM in the Pentagon Concourse.

This book signing event is a homecoming for Paul Lawrence Vann, Lieutenant Colonel, USAF (Ret). The author served over twenty-years of service in the United States Air Force, with over twelve consecutive years in the Pentagon during his career.

Paul Lawrence Vann states, Serving in the Pentagon for over twelve consecutive years was the highlight of my military career, because it gave me an opportunity to serve my country which is what I am most proud of."

Mr. Vann admits he doesnt miss the long hours or hard work and all of the meetings, but he does miss his colleagues and friends he worked with in organizations such as the Air Force, Air National Guard, National Guard Bureau, and sister services during his tenure in the building.
