eForce Media Inc., a Front Runner in the Online Marketing and Lead Generation Business, Strikes Deal to Acquire Global Direct Marketing Solutions of Irvine, Calif.

Santa Monica, CA (PRWEB) June 16, 2005 -- eForce Media Inc., a leading online marketing and media company specializing in the lead generation business, today announced it has secured an agreement to acquire Global Direct Marketing Solutions Inc. of Irvine, Calif. Details of the merger between the two privately held companies are expected to be finalized by the end of August 2005, and financial terms were not disclosed. The announcement was made by Matt Hill, chairman and founder, eForce Media.

eForce Media, based in Santa Monica, Calif., is acquiring Global Direct in a strategic move that would allow the combined entity to close the gap on service to large companies buying Internet leads in the form of an inbound call from a call center, as well as consumer purchase requests generated from eForce Media's Web sites. eForce expects to maximize its return on investment and realize substantial increases in gross margins, by offering a "call in" opportunity to Internet users who wish immediate contact for a product or service. This will also give eForce the ability to further qualify any lead generated online vastly improving the experience for consumers and the businesses seeking these consumers.

By combining eForce Media's online lead generation technology with Global Direct's Call-in lead transfer services, our larger clients will be able to realize the benefits of immediate connection with a consumer in the form of a real-time link through inbound calls to a sales center.
