Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 27, 2005 -- The largest state association of commercial real estate brokers in the United States is expanding its services to meet the growing needs of its membership. The Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR), with over 2000 members, provides continuing education, a sophisticated commercial real estate property database, political advocacy and market statistics to its member professionals.
Identifying and meeting the needs of our members is the top priority for this association and its leadership,” said DMCAR President, John Fairbairn. DMCAR needs to be a one-stop resource for any broker involved in commercial real estate transactions in our region.”
As part of an expanded membership outreach program, DMCAR has a new logo created by Ellen Stark Designs. After learning that DMCAR was looking to the future with new programs and services, I designed their logo to reflect a contemporary view of the horizon using curves and color,” said the graphic designer.
DMCARs board of directors launched a strategic planning process in February 2005 specifically focused on member needs that is ongoing. According to Barbara Lambert, DMCARs chief executive officer, continuing to improve the quality and accessibility of our property database, expanding course offerings for members and offering exciting new member benefits” are the first of many anticipated outcomes of the planning activity.
Through Commercial Broker Quarterly, a new DMCAR publication, and an enhanced website (www.dmcar.com), members will be kept abreast of new benefits and services as they are made available.
