Launched by Kamibashi Asian Art and Textiles at the National Stationery Show in New York this May, the String Doll Gang garnered a lot of attention in their first public appearance. Buyers of all ages and from all different kinds of stores loved them," said Kamibashi founder Kristen Daniels.
Daniels discovered the characters while on a buying trip in Thailand earlier this year and immediately secured an exclusive contract with the trio who invented them when they were university students.
