"Sex & Camping" comes to Westchester. Chatsby Films, the Award Winning Westchester based Independent Production Company Goes into Production for a new comedy.

Chatsby Films has just begun principal photography for Sex & Camping" a 30-minute comedy film, starring veteran Broadway actor and writer Stephen Temperley, and newcomers Dayci Brookshire and Kyle McDaniel. The film shoots in Westchester and Putnam Counties NY during the month of July.

(PRWEB) July 11, 2005 -- The film is destined for festivals nationwide, and a compilation Comedy DVD, which will be distributed in 2006.

Joining Stephen Temperley, Dayci Brookshire and Kyle McDaniel, who play the films star crossed lovers, are J Clint Allen, Noshir Dalal, Will Fowler and Anne McDaniels who plays the neurotically erotic Nadine.

Written and produced by Kevin Burke and Adam Matalon. The film is a dark comedy about the vagaries of dating for the twenty something crowd. Director Matalon will helm the production, with Burke serving as Director of Photography and Second Unit Director.
Also attached to the project are Art Director Joel Weaver who has recently been working with DP Burke on Breakfast With Bear" for Disney, composer Samantha Sutton, who is already teamed with Matalon on the feature documentary Seasons In The Valley" (formerly A Final Season"), and editor Edward Kisberg who recently cut another Chatsby production for Sesame Street and Sony Wonder All Star Alphabet" starring Stephen Colbert and Nicole Sullivan. All Star Alphabet" directed by Matalon, will be released on Video and DVD in August by Sony Wonder and continues the strong relationship between Sesame Workshop and Chatsby Films, who also produce the award winning Jane Tuesday for the multi Emmy winning PBS series.

The company has already garnered a Telly Award and a Videographer Award this year. In 2004 the company earned 7 awards for its broadcast and industrial work including a Telly Award, 2 Aurora Awards, 2 Communicator Awards, a Videographer Award and an Omni Award.

Chatsby Films is also proud to announce that it has opened the doors to their new French office in Paris. Headed by French managing partner Sarah Matalon, Chatsby Films Paris will focus specifically on the acquisition and development of English and French language feature projects for international co-production.
