New Boomer & Senior Magazine Travel Editor Reveals All in Turkish Bath.

50plus Online Magazines (50plusMag.com) new Travel Editor reports on her (mis)adventures in a Turkish Bath – in Turkey. For a person who has spent her life avoiding public nudity, Debby Merickel certainly got her feet wet.

(PRWEB) July 19, 2005 -- 50plus Online Magazine (www.50plusMag.com) unveils its new Travel section with the first article written by Debby Merickel, the online magazines new Travel Editor.

The intent of 50plus Online Magazine's new Travel section is to intrigue and stimulate our readers curiosity, and perhaps motivate exploration," says Gary Geyer, Editor and founder, and Debby is just the person to do that."

Debbys (mis)adventures are chronicled in Turkish (Baths) Delights, Its revealing, to say the least.

Debby writes, I was face to butt with about 50 women mostly laying on this colossal round heated marble platform, some on their backs, some on their fronts and some just sitting around."

Debby is an amazing person," says Geyer. She has visited over seventy countries and fifty of them were after she turned 50, seven years ago."

She has traversed the Inca Trail, ridden a camel around the Great Pyramids, snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef, hiked the Himalayas, kayaked with whales in the Pacific Northwest, paid homage at the Taj Mahal, climbed the Great Wall, canopied over jungles of Costa Rica, safaried by foot and canoe down the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe, crawled through the Cu Chi tunnels in Viet Nam and descended to the bottom of the Grand Canyon twice!

Debby feels that now is the time to motivate and lead baby boomers and seniors into expanding their fitness and excitement levels by partaking in similar global pursuits and that 50plus Online Magazine is the place to do it.

She notes that potential travelers who are 50+, have the discretionary time and are eager to chase their dreams."

I am just the person to help them achieve their goals," says Debby.

Debby has been busy putting the finishing touches on her forthcoming book, "The Misadventures of an Aging Globetrotter."
