OnlineBenefits Ready…Enroll Express Streamlines Plan Enrollment for Benefits Brokers

Ready…Enroll Express addresses the cost, content, and accuracy issues associated with paper-based enrollments for brokers involved in the sale of group benefit plans. Beginning at $5 per employee for an open enrollment event, Ready…Enroll Express lets brokers:

- eliminate paper-based processing tasks, such as error checking and reconciliation
- implement client systems in a few hours using an online wizard
- complete carrier forms using either spreadsheet data or an autofill" function

Brokers can utilize Ready…Enroll Express for a 60-day period for a one-time enrollment event. Employers may opt to maintain the system throughout the year for new hire enrollments and/or family status changes.

Ready…Enroll Express gives brokers an accurate, efficient approach to open enrollment for a fraction of the cost of their current paper-based process," said Gedney. The 60-day open enrollment effectively serves as a two-month trial for employers before ongoing charges begin, should they choose to continue with the service," Gedney concluded.

Ready…Enroll Express provides employees with:
> access to decision support tools to help them make appropriate selections
> guidance through the enrollment process to eliminate errors associated with paper forms; e.g., employees can only enroll in those plans for which they are eligible

Employers are able to:
- maintain a current database
- use captured elections data to analyze enrollments and create reports
- improve employee communications and reduce related administrative burdens by having the content-rich Benergy portal.
