The companys main product line is a set of six different note cards featuring full-color abstract art sketched by Oscar, a Schnauzer. The cards feature a different title printed on the front cover, such as Desert Dune Dogs, Dog Dreams, Fire Hydrant Fusion, Dog Star Galaxy, Dog Zen, and Red Hot Chili Puppies. The idea for the cards came to Raines two years ago. Oscar, then 11 years old, was afflicted with valley fever and almost died. He underwent two years of treatment before he was fully well again. Realizing that Oscar did not have much time left, Raines decided to color-enhance and market Oscars drawings as note cards so as to preserve Oscar's legacy and help other animals in the process.
The company name Oscart was derived from the words Oscar Car Art, quite fitting since Oscar uses his nose to sketch on car windows.
