McGregor, a Certified Financial Planner, knows first-hand how stress can damage your life. In March of 1997, while out with family and friends, thirty-five-year-old McGregor suffered a massive heart attack and died for one minute. Stress was the killer. Luckily emergency crews brought him back to life but the damage was so extensive that today he functions with half a heart.
