Heidelberg Instruments, GmbH, announces the receipt of a repeat order for an advanced mask write system by a leading Chinese based mask supplier.

Heidelberg, Germany (PRWEB) July 29, 2005 -- Heidelberg Instruments, GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany, a leading supplier of direct write laser lithography systems, announced the repeat order for an advanced MW800 system by SUPERMASK CO., LTD, Shenzhen, China.

Established in 1997 and located in the South part of the High-Tech Industrial Park" in Shenzhen, SUPERMASK CO., LTD is the first and largest specialized manufacturer of high precision large area chrome photomasks by direct laser writing in China. It is engaged in the research, design and manufacture of all types of large area photomasks.

SUPERMASK CO., LTD is a leading supplier of large area photomasks in China and we are very pleased that they have chosen our advanced MW800 system for the production of their high end photomasks. China is an expanding market and this order solidifies our position as a major supplier of direct write laser lithography systems in the region.
