A New Boycott Forum Goes Live At www.Boycott-NOW.org

Internet entrepreneur Steve Brown establishes The Boycott-NOW! Website. Now anyone and everyone the world over can start a grass roots boycott against any unprincipled company or individual.

(PRWEB) July 3, 2005 -- When asked why he started the Boycott-NOW.org website, founder Steve Brown replied, "Well, a close friend of mine asked me if I knew of any websites where she could go and post messages to let everyone know about a credit card company that she thought deserved to be boycotted. I searched the Internet for a boycott forum and found none. I came to the conclusion that a boycott forum should exist on the Internet, and since I had the knowledge and resources needed to start one up, I did so, and the result is the Boycott-Now.org website."

Mr. Brown is an Internet entrepreneur who owns hundreds of websites including sites about the Current Prime Rate, federal student loan debt, balance transfers, car insurance and many more.

The Boycott-NOW.org website is very easy to navigate and is broken down into four simple categories: boycotts, protests, links and news. Anyone can read and post messages anonymously and, if they so choose, can join the website as a member. Membership is free and Brown promises that he'll never impose any sort of membership fee as long as he is in charge of the project.

"Search the Internet for anything boycott related and you'll find a whole lot of websites out there, each site focused on a particular boycott. The new Boycott-NOW.org site is different because visitors who stop by can read about the various boycotts going on around the world, and they can also start their own grass roots boycott against any company or individual that they feel deserves to be boycotted.

"The boycott-NOW.org site is one of my favorite projects right now, and it gives me great pleasure to host and manage the website. It's takes up quite a bit of my time, as I have to monitor every thread to make sure that pranksters and other similar types don't post anything stupid or obnoxious. But I really don't mind. The bottom line is the world deserves a boycott forum, and now the world has one. It's about giving the average person the power of instant and worldwide communication, a grass roots kind of power that acts to counter the bias that we all know exists in the information fed to us by the global media establishment."

Mr. Brown invites the world to stop by the forums at Boycott-NOW.org, to join the discussions already taking place at the website, and to start any boycott that has real merit.
