With the latest update of Autotask, e-mail alerts coming in from remote monitoring applications can be captured by Autotask. To make sure that MSPs can readily take advantage of the powerful capabilities that the marriage of Autotask and remote monitoring applications deliver, Autotask Corporation has created the Ready for Autotask" Program. It certifies that alerts generated by remote monitoring applications are fully compatible with Autotask.
To date, seven remote monitoring applications have met Autotasks certification requirements. These include N-able, HyBlue, Kaseya, Managed Workplace from Level Platforms, Monitor IT from Breakout Technologies, and Silverback. In addition, Zenith InfoTech will soon release Autotask Ready compatibility for their SAAZ product.
Autotask is actively working with several other MSP Vendors to expand the number and type of alerts – from network system performance, to security monitoring and virus alarms -- that can be automatically captured and processed.
