Picture Ohio, LLC Relocates to New Studio/Gallery in Centerville, Ohio

Jim Crotty, owner and photographer of Picture Ohio, LLC, has relocated his commercial and fine art photography business to a larger location in Centerville, Ohio.

Centerville, OH (PRWEB) August 5, 2005 -- Jim Crotty, professional photographer and owner of Picture Ohio, LLC., dba/Picturesque Ohio, has relocated his office, studio and gallery to a new location in Centerville, Ohio. Crottys commercial and fine art photography business was previously located in Kettering. The move to a larger location was needed to accommodate both the increase in volume of in-studio, commercial photography work as well as a providing a ground-floor gallery for display of Crottys fine art photographic prints. More convenient access to growing markets south of Dayton and increased visibility were also factors in Crottys decision to relocate Picture Ohio, LLC.

The new location is 6372-B Far Hills Avenue, just south of Elsas Restaurant. The office, studio and gallery faces Far Hills Ave. and includes easy access from both the front and rear parking lots of the retail/office center. This new location includes over 1,100 square feet as compared to my first studio, which only provided about 530 square feet. Here I have plenty of space for an attractive display of my framed and mounted prints as well as a separate area for studio photography," commented Crotty. I also have quick access to I-675." The leasing agent and property manager is Richard Flagel Realty, Inc., also of Centerville. A ribbon cutting and opening reception are being planned for September, with a date to be announced soon.

Crotty recently showed 14 framed prints of his fine art photographs, most of which are nature and landscape subjects, on July 29th in the Wintergraden at Daytons Schuster Center. The showing was part of the Art in the Heart of Dayton" series, managed and sponsored by the Dayton Visual Arts Center. Crotty also recently completed commercial photography assignments for Great Lakes Publishing/Ohio Magazine, Turner Marketing, Phil Herman ReMax Real Estate, Van Dyne Crotty, Inc., Hixson Architectural Engineering Interiors, the University of Dayton and Jones' Rustic Sign Company.

Jim Crotty started Picture Ohio, LLC as a full time endeavor in April 2003. Since then he has expanded his business to an office, studio and gallery as well as expanded his technical capabilities to include large format digital printers, professional scanners and digital camera equipment. In addition to commercial, fine art and stock photography services, Picture Ohio, LLC provides digital photo restoration, custom printmaking and enlargements from client-supplied photographs.

Crotty grew-up in Kettering where he now resides with his wife and two daughters. Hes a graduate of Alter High School and the University of Dayton. He also earned a Master of Professional Communication from Westminster College of Salt Lake City and completed the Professional Photography Program at Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana.
