Company submitted data will be audited and an independent panel of judges will determine top employers. Organizations can opt for assessment only, or receive the maximum benefits of the program and take advantage of both the assessment and educational program. The program will conclude with a regional "top employer" competition; the results of which will be published in the Dec. 4, 2005 issue of the Tampa Tribune and recognized at an awards ceremony being held Dec. 8, 2005.
