Under the program, CareerAndService.com will distribute its job listings everyday to participating organizations using its JDC software module (JDC Email and/or RSS Feeding). Both parties will exchange web links, promote counterpart's service on its website. In addition CareerAndService.com offers one free Classified Web Ad listing to each participating organization.
While JDC is focusing on job listings, it also gives participating organizations and local employers a cost effective way to reach jobseekers.
