Full Sail Real World Education, an entertainment media college near Orlando, Fla., welcomes Hollywood for one of its latest feature film projects.

Winter Park, Fla. (PRWEB) August 28, 2005 -- Full Sail Real World Education, an entertainment media college near Orlando, Fla., welcomes Hollywood for one of its latest feature film projects.

Full Sail was chosen as the home base for acclaimed Producer, Alan Blomquist's next anticipated assignment. The film, entitled, "Larry the Cable Guy: The Health Inspector," stars several of the most popular actors and actresses of yesterday and today. Comedian Larry the Cable Guy and Joe Pantoliano, known for his work on The Sopranos, Bad Boys and The Matrix are on board, as well as Joanna Cassidy (Six Feet Under), Tony Hale (Arrested Development), Brooke Dillman (Blue Collar TV), and Jerry Mathers (Beaver, from Leave It to Beaver).

Blomquist was excited to set up camp at Full Sail. I can't believe that this is a school," he said. This is like a movie studio here." Rob Haynes, Associate Course Director for Full Sail, met Blomquist at the Sundance Film Festival and invited him and his team to visit the Full Sail campus. Blomquist was immediately impressed with the facility and requested Full Sail's involvement with the film.

Blomquist has also served as a Producer and Executive Producer of many other well-known films including: Cider House Rules, Chocolat, What Dreams May Come and Walk The Line - the upcoming film about the life of Johnny Cash starring Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon. Larry The Cable Guy: The Health Inspector began production on August 1 and will continue filming until early September 2005.

For more than 25 years, Full Sail graduates have been making their mark on the digital media and entertainment media industries. Recent graduate credits include work on Oscar-winning films such as: The Incredibles, Million Dollar Baby, and Spider-Man 2; best selling video games including: Madden NFL 2005, Oddworld Stranger's Wrath, and The Matrix Online; and GRAMMY-winning albums by Ray Charles, Usher, and OUTKAST. Full Sail graduates have also been involved in creating motion graphics and Web Sites for companies such as ABC, Nike and the Atlanta Falcons, and have been in lead positions in the live event industry with artists and companies such as Madonna and Cirque du Soleil: La Nouba at Walt Disney World.

On August 11, 2005, Rolling Stone Magazine named Full Sail one of the top five Best Music Programs" in the country, and honored Full Sail as having one of the nation's top three music business departments in the Schools That Rock: The Rolling Stone College Guide.
