Growing company enters Fall 2005 with updated product line

Durham, NC (PRWEB) September 6, 2005 -- Bronto Software, Inc., a leading email marketing software company, announced today the release of Bronto Workgroup. Workgroup provides organizations with all of the standard features of Brontos web-based email marketing software, but goes a step further and enables permissions to be set for multiple users involved in the creation and execution of email communications. With this structure, marketers gain more control over the entire process and can more confidently comply with privacy policies and email best practices.

Workgroup's user-defined controls let marketers set permissions for others to access their Bronto account. Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and Web teams can organize their email communication efforts and streamline processes to keep data centralized, maintain consistent branding across all email messages, and provide third party access to the account with assurance that sensitive information cannot be viewed.

St. Paul, Minnesota's CommunitySeason.com, a solution provider for community-based organizations, upgraded to Workgroup recently to broaden their service offerings. Our clients range from experienced marketers to those who are new to email marketing. Workgroup lets us tailor the account to their needs. We can give them full access for total control or provide limited access so they dont get in over their head" said Marc Kukura, Founder and CTO. But by far, one of the biggest benefits for us is having the ability to actually build in workflow to the account. By using permissions to restrict some functions, we eliminate day-to-day errors and save time. On the business side, Workgroup adds to our existing offerings, letting us target larger clients, which is always a good thing."

Bronto is focused on creating the best experience for customers with email marketing" remarked Joe Colopy, President of Bronto Software. Workgroup further builds on that experience by providing structure for teams to stay organized. Our clients need a product that helps them communicate with their customers online. We provide the tools that help them do their job."
