Specialty Marketing Services announces release of a Web program aimed at local chambers of commerce. The program allows chamber members to create, edit or delete printable coupons at any time without intervention of chamber employees.

(PRWEB) September 13, 2005 -- Specialty Marketing Service, announced the release of a Web based program for local chambers of commerce. The program provides chamber members the ability to easily create, edit or delete coupons that are printable by consumers.

The program, CoC Coupons, will allow chamber members to sign into an online control panel to control the printable coupons without intervention of chamber staff. Giving individual members the ability to control the coupon allows them to use the service to test new products and services, liquidate excess inventory or take advantage of a special purchase opportunity from a supplier.

Chambers of Commerce may offer the program as a value added service to their current membership plan or as an enhanced service option to generate additional revenue for the Chamber.

The program can be operated as a stand alone website or easily integrated into a current website, providing the chamber flexibility in promoting the service to its members and local consumers.

Program manager, Steve Stackman, stated "Consumers are searching online, now more than ever, for opportunities to save money. CoC Coupons provides a win-win situation for local businesses and consumers. The consumer finds the savings they want, while the local business owner the exposure and sales they need". Chambers of Commerce, are a focal point of a local business community and are an ideal launching point for this type of program. However, other local business associations such as convention and tourist bureaus or even local media outlets such as newspapers and radio or television stations can leverage the program for their benefit. There are even individual entrepreneurs that have created stand alone local coupon websites, he continued.

Program details, a live demonstration and licensing information for CoC Coupons is available at the program website www.coccoupons.com.

Specialty Marketing Service offers vertical marketing solutions for niche industries.
