(PRWEB) September 8, 2005 -- Intelligent Technology Systems is hosting the 5th annual eStep Foundation golf tournament. Together, they hope to raise over $15,000 for scholarships for local high school students.
The eStep Foundation was created to promote entrepreneurship amongst graduating high schools students. The goal of the eStep Foundation is to help graduating students by sending them on their first step into their entrepreneurial future. Students submit business plans based on a business they are interested in starting. The students who best meet the requirements of the scholarship receive one of three scholarships.
The annual eStep Foundation Golf Tournament is the vehicle used to raise necessary funds for the scholarships. Intelligent Technology Systems has worked closely with the eStep Foundation to raise funds for the past 5 years. Recently, the eStep Foundation presented its 2005 Entrepreneurial and Mentorship Scholarship Awards. Several graduating high school seniors from North Georgia schools were chosen from several applicants to receive Scholarships ranging from $500.00 to $1,500.00 to aid in defraying tuition costs at a college of their choice.
The golf tournament is scheduled for September 23, 2005 at Windermere Golf Club in Cumming, GA. To register or sponsor this event, please go to www.estepfoundation.com/golf.
