Ron Raitz, CCIM, CES is president and owner of Real Estate Exchange Services, Inc. (REES), in Marietta, Georgia. He is a qualified intermediary and has assisted clients in structuring thousands of tax-deferred exchanges. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker with more than 20 years experience in commercial and residential real estate.
