Fest. The creator of the event, Reginald G. Johnson, Ph.D., says the idea came about from a chapter entitled Have You Walked On Water Yet? from his book, The Awakening: Conquering the Sleeping Giant Within.

This year's featured Keynote Speaker is Dr. Masaru Emoto, the highly acclaimed author of the New York Times' best-selling book Hidden Messages In Water." Dr. Emoto was also featured in the movie What the Bleep Do We Know" the award winning documentary which featured his breakthrough work with the crystallization of water and its properties based on the social, visual, linguistic and psychological environment to which it is exposed. Dr. Emoto has been published in 15 languages with over one million copies in print worldwide.
