Robert C. Epstein, Esq. is of counsel to Finkelstein Newman LLP in New York. Mr. Epstein has over 20 years experience, both in private practice and as an in-house attorney, on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions/sales, financing, leasing and development/construction, and has worked on billions of dollars of high-profile office and net lease deals. He has also published nearly 20 articles on real estate issues. Mr. Epstein graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. degree in industrial and labor relations and from Stanford University Law School.

Lucas A. Ferrara, Esq., a partner of Finkelstein Newman LLP, has practiced in the landlord-tenant arena, advocating clients interests in federal, state and local fora for nearly two decades. He has principally represented the firms corporate clients in a variety of real estate disputes with his accomplishments including the participation in a 28-day trial which culminated in a multi-million dollar victory.

Mr. Ferrara is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School and was formerly an adjunct associate professor of real estate at New York Universitys School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where he instructed such courses as Law for Property Managers" and Introduction to Landlord-Tenant Law." A graduate of Columbia University and Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Ferraras writing credits include numerous essays and articles which have appeared in a variety of publications, including New York Newsday, the New York Law Journal and the New York State Bar Journal. He is the named co-author of the West treatise Landlord and Tenant Practice in New York and has contributed a chapter to Wests New York State Administrative Procedure and Practice. He is also the named co-executive editor of a monthly law journal published by Treiman Publications, entitled Landlord-Tenant Monthly. Alan T. Kramer, Esq. the founding shareholder of Alan T. Kramer, P.C., has been practicing law for 20 years, and is AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice concentrates in representing commercial building owners and tenants of all sizes, net worth and credit-rating with respect to the business and legal aspects of commercial real estate leasing.

Mr. Kramers experience includes negotiating over 1 million square feet of office/retail leases per year including substantial leases (over 100,000 square feet) on behalf of Fortune 500 companies across the United States. He is a lecturer on commercial lease topics for attorneys and non-legal professionals. Mr. Kramer was formerly a partner in the commercial real estate division of a leading New York law firm practicing in landlord-tenant representation, and an in-house real estate counsel with The Sports Authority, Inc., a national sporting goods retailer.
