ITCS launches ITCS-WebClock v6.20 adding enhanced Web Based Time Off requests and Employee Schedule Software.

Included in this release are Time Off requests with enhanced Time Accrual Processor and Employee Schedule Software.

The Time Off and Time Accrual Processor are available through the Web Time Clock. This allows self service by the employee to view time off balances and perform time off requests at the Web Based Time Clock. The accrual information in the attendance system is processed and then prepared for payroll. Time off requests are created by the employee and then approved by their management. The ITCS-WebClock will stream line the PTO process and provide automatic notifications and emails to the approvers. After approval the time is deducted from the PTO balance. The time accrual processor will then refresh the PTO balances based on the eligibility and accrual rules.

The ITCS-WebClock employee schedule software allows management to set employee schedule from their browser. The feature is flexible to the company’s need.
