About the Owner:
Scott Horne launched financedused.com on December 27th to help educate young adults about fiscal responsibility. When asked what his goals were the Navy veteran replied “I just want to help young adults stay out of financial trouble. When I first left home I didn't know anything and had to learn about it the hard way”. Mr. Horne further explained how as a young sailor he nearly went into bankruptcy. Spending nearly ten years in the United States Navy, Mr. Horne observed that many young men and women were leaving home with out the financial education they needed. The financial troubles he faced, the observations of the men and women around him, and his escape from debt inspired him to try and help others.
