Two4One® Real Estate Franchise Enters California Housing Market

Innovative "two-for-one" based real estate franchise concept expands into California.

San Fernando, CA (PRWEB) January 16, 2006 -- In what may prove the beginning of another paradigm shift in real estate, Two4One® announced today the sale of a regional territory in California, with more announcements expected in the next several weeks. Rather than simply discounting commissions, Two4One® sells a client’s home for free if that seller agrees to purchase their next home using their services. The concept has proven popular in Tuscon, Arizona, the headquarters of the burgeoning franchise. Scott Reiber, Regional Developer of the new San Fernando territory, foresees the same wave hitting his market.

“I had been looking into franchises for the last two years,” states Reiber. “I looked at all types of franchises; fast food industry, auto repair, wireless Internet service, even tanning salons. Their (Two4One®) unique sales proposition definitely got my attention – the idea of putting the power back into the broker’s hands, their small-office low-overhead concept, and the idea of creating a saleable business made me want to be a broker. Everyone I’ve shared the concept with -- family, friends, Realtors® – they all love it!”

Right from the start I saw this as a huge advantage over the traditional real estate model.
The Two4One® system proved so novel, it was recently featured on http://inman.com, the nation's leading independent real estate news service and content provider. “The response has been nothing short of phenomenal,” according to Two4One® President Dan Pool. “We knew from our experience that if we could control the buyer we would control the business. And by creating a system that rewards loyalty, we’ve been able to do just that.” Dan and wife Kelly started the franchise based on their success and have seen it grow dramatically over the past six months.

“While other agents are out prospecting for leads, the Two4One® system drives listings through the door, freeing the agent to sell,” Reiber continued. “Right from the start I saw this as a huge advantage over the traditional real estate model.”

Two4One® is the latest in a growing number of discount real estate companies catering to increasingly savvy home buyers and sellers. “Homeowners expect more these days, and why shouldn’t they?” asks Pool. “It’s their equity and they should keep as much of it as possible.” By reducing advertising and listing costs, and operating with little overhead, Two4One® hopes to both save more money for their clients while making more for their agents.

“It’s about creating a more efficient system – one that is flexible, responsive and self perpetuating.” The real estate industry has seen a number of innovative franchise systems flourish over the past two decades as they responded to a changing marketplace. As Two4One® expands nationwide, Reiber enjoys the prospects of benefiting from the changes in real estate. “Nature has never been kind to things that don’t adapt, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.”
