Austin, Texas (PRWEB) January 23, 2006 — lauckgroup, Inc., an interior architecture firm with over two decades of experience creating interiors for leading organizations, has been selected to design Tocquigny’s new headquarters at 401 Congress Avenue, the Frost Bank Tower, in Austin, Texas.
Tocquigny, an Austin-based marketing agency and measurement consultancy, is expanding into the new 22,000-square-foot location to accommodate growth and compliment the agency’s recently announced repositioning around marketing measurement. The firm selected lauckgroup to create a work environment that reflects its high-energy, creative culture and strategic focus.
“As a firm, we merge science and creativity to create innovative, effective campaigns for our clients. lauckgroup translated that way of working into a dynamic design for our new space,” says Yvonne Tocquigny, president and founder of Tocquigny. “Our new office will be representational of our culture, energy and vision.”
Several high-energy, informal brainstorming rooms featuring vibrant and artistic designs will be located throughout the space. A game room for stress relief, huddle rooms and zany brainstorming window boxes will further support creative brainstorming as well as LCD monitors suspended in the main hallway featuring notable Tocquigny projects.
Modern shapes, multilayered and innovative lighting, access to daylight and views of downtown Austin create a vibrant environment. The new workspace strategy, to be configured from Herman Miller’s Resolve collection, will be non-hierarchical and open. The objective is to capture Tocquigny’s culture, while driving collaboration.
“Tocquigny wants a fresh environment that reflects its unique, strategic approach to client service. It’s been an exciting challenge to create an environment that supports who Tocquigny is as a firm,” says Anne Kniffen, managing principal, lauckgroup. “We fused both organic shapes and modern elements to create a comfortable, yet cutting-edge environment.”
Completion of Tocquigny’s new space is expected in Spring 2006.
