Strategic Search Group Announces the Hiring of Tom Brady as its new Vice President of Operations

Strategic Search Group, a division of Empyrean Management Group, Inc. announced the hiring of Thomas P. Brady, JR as its new Vice President of Operations.

Brady formerly of Accolo where he worked as Director of Client Services. Prior to Accolo Mr. Brady worked in a senior role at FutureStep, a division of Korn Ferry. Brady brings more than ten years of staffing and outsourced recruiting solutions experience to Strategic Search Group. In his role as VP of Operations Mr. Brady will be responsible for the day to day management of SSG and will play a direct role in SSG’s continued national expansion.

This is Mr. Brady’s second time with EMG. From 2001 to 2003 he served in a senior consulting role helping to manage EMG’s largest client engagement with Capital One Financial Services of Richmond, VA. Mr. Brady will be based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
