Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, Delaware (PRWEB) October 18, 2006 -- Sea Colony, “The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community” again hosts the annual Turkey Trot 5k & Fun Walk on Sunday, November 26, 2006, with proceeds benefiting Special Olympics Delaware. ResortQuest Bethany Beach, more than 700 Delaware vacation rentals, sponsors 5k & Fun Walk through resort’s Tennis Community.
Racers will compete in age groups ranging from 10 and under to 70 and older. Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers, as well as the top three in each age group. The overall winner will receive a Hilton Head vacation in South Carolina compliments of ResortQuest.
The first 150 registrants will receive a race T-shirt. Post-race refreshments and an awards ceremony will follow the event at the Sea Colony Fitness Center.
Sea Colony, which is professionally managed by ResortQuest Delaware, features a wide variety of amenities including a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), fitness centers, year-round security and in-season children’s programs.
