The optional Gateway module enables WebPAS users to view key performance indicators (KPIs) pulled from the WebPAS database in an easy-to-understand graphical format. Additionally, WebPAS 4.5 features proximity searching. Recruiters can now run searches on candidates that live within a specific zip code or distance from a client job. This capability helps to accelerate the recruiting process as recruiters can refine their search to find the best suited candidate for the position or assignment.
