New version integrates business intelligence module for better performance, accelerates job placements and improves costing capabilities.

StaffSuite 5.0 includes improved costing capabilities and integration with two new optional modules, VCG Gateway, a Web-based business intelligence dashboard, and SuccessCheck, a 'success predictor' that assesses general intellectual, emotional and ethical suitability or 'fitness' for a job or position.
The Gateway module provides graphical, multi-dimensional analysis of metrics that helps users make important decisions that positively affect performance. It pulls data from StaffSuite to provide users with easy-to-understand graphical views of key performance indicators (KPIs). Users also have the ability to drill down to detailed data or create ad-hoc reporting at the corporate, branch or employee level. For example, branch managers can view average time to fill an order for their location and chart it relative to past performance to gauge any need for change.
SuccessCheck gives users a cost-effective way to identify the candidate most likely to thrive in a client's workplace. The Web-based module is based on sophisticated psychometric personality profiling. SuccessCheck provides insight about how a person will perform on the job and in the customer's culture.
SuccessCheck is integrated with StaffSuite through the StaffSuite WorldLink® Web portal. Results are automatically included in the candidate/employee record for review and search.
StaffSuite 5.0 also enables staffing firms to calculate employer cost with each payroll – including tracking FICA, FUI and SUI on a weekly basis. For instance, employer costing allows for the accrual of the cost while taking into account the wage limits. Once the wage limit is reached, the cost stops accruing, leading to more accurate financial reporting.
