Mike Turber, National Sales Manager and Marketing Director of Tank Sports, stated, "We are truly excited about the opportunity to work with Moto Cycle Corporation in launching the new Moto 50 series of motorcycles. This creates a dynamic situation for both companies to work a synergetic marketing plan. We strongly believe this is just the beginning of a long term relationship with MCC, with many more models to be released in 2007."

Tank Sports, Inc. is a manufacturer of motorcycles and ATV's for worldwide distribution through its main factory located in China with additional manufacturing facilities in Mexico. Under the terms of the manufacturing agreement, Moto products will be manufactured in Tank's China facilities while also using their Mexico facilities to supply accessory parts to all Moto products.

The newly established relationship between Moto and Tank represents several mutual benefits for both companies relating to product design, manufacturing, logistics, warranty, parts support and dealer development.

"After several months of discussions, we are very excited to have concluded our negotiations with Tank Sports, Inc. The terms of our new relationship with Tank will allow Moto to launch our initial product, the Moto 50, in the first quarter of 2007 and continue to develop additional models at a pace that is realistic from a design and manufacturing perspective. Our initial focus is to develop our core sales strategy to the targeted NASCAR demographic of consumers," said Alan Vordermeier, Jr., founder of Moto Cycle Corporation.

"This new relationship is definitely a win-win for both companies. It provides Tank with a new and exciting product line to help differentiate it from other Chinese manufacturers while providing Moto with quality-built products with established parts, service and warranty protection for Moto dealers and customers throughout North America," said Edward DuCoin, President of Moto Cycle Corporation.

Moto Cycle Corporation was established as a marketing and distribution company to integrate unique licensed power-sports products into the motorcycle industry through traditional established motorcycle dealers as well as non-traditional retail locations throughout the United States.
