Einstein Medical has launched a new version of its popular DocShop.com website. The online resource, which allows consumers to search for healthcare professionals in their area according to specialty, features a new design and a thoroughly revised patient education section.

San Diego, CA (PRWeb) December 8, 2006 -- Einstein Medical announced the release of an updated version of DocShop.com, an online resource that links consumers with healthcare professionals in their area. The website, which allows prospective patients to search for doctors, dentists, and other medical professionals according to location and specialty, features a revamped design and a newly expanded and revised patient education section.

Since 1995, Einstein Medical has been connecting consumers with its network of healthcare providers across the United States and around the world through DocShop.com. The purpose of the site's recent renovation is to make the process of searching for these medical professionals and information about the services they provide easier and more convenient for the end user.

In 2005, Einstein Medical assembled a team of its senior designers, writers, and managers to devise a strategy for improving the usability and functionality of DocShop.com. Throughout 2006, this team invested hundreds of hours into overhauling the site, streamlining the design and layout and developing hundreds of pages of accurate, up-to-date information. This includes information about the full range of elective medical procedures and services, with a focus on cosmetic and restorative healthcare.

This recent revision of DocShop.com represents a single phase in a long-term plan to maintain and improve the site's prominence as an online healthcare resource. Einstein Medical intends to update the site on a continual basis, expanding and updating the patient education pages to reflect the latest developments in cosmetic and medical procedures, techniques, and technology.

The latest version of DocShop can currently be viewed at www.docshop.com. For further information about DocShop.com or Einstein Medical, please visit www.einsteinmedical.com or contact Pamela Lund, director of marketing of Einstein Industries, Inc.
