CBT Nuggets has released a new series of training videos that teaches on-the-job skills for using Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003, plus maps to exam objectives for Microsoft exam 70-270 for MCP certification.

Eugene, Oregon (PRWeb) December 7, 2006 -- CBT Nuggets has released new training videos on Microsoft Windows Small Business Server (SBS) 2003. SBS 2003 is Microsoft's Windows Server 2003 solution-in-a-box for small businesses, providing network services including centralized file storage, e-mail, databases, resource sharing, web site hosting, network security, and more.

The videos teach how to deploy and administer SBS 2003. They are for small business owners who wish to save on consulting fees by deploying SBS themselves, as well as IT consultants and professionals who create networking solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses.

In addition to covering on the job use of SBS, the videos map to exam objectives for Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification exam 70-282 on SBS 2003.

Dan Charbonneau, CEO and founder of CBT Nuggets, explained the value of this training to both consultants and small business owners, "As a small business owner, I understand how expensive it can be to hire outside help. This training gives small business owners the additional information they need to leverage their current computer skills into creating their own business network. This can save thousands of dollars in consulting fees--which can then be applied to other ways of growing the business."

"For the IT Consultant, this training not only gives you the information you need about how SBS differs from other Windows operating systems, it also gives you the knowledge to tackle the certification exam. Putting the SBS specialty credential on your business cards allows you to target a growing niche market that will need your skills in the months and years to come." Charbonneau continued.

The subjects in Exam-Pack 70-282 - Small Business Server 2003 are covered in short, 15-30 minute video 'nuggets,' so that the information is easily digestible and can quickly be put to use.

A sample video from the Small Business Server 2003 series is available for viewing on the CBT Nuggets website, providing examples of the quality of instruction and format of the training.

CBT Nuggets also provides comprehensive training for certification exams from Microsoft®, CompTIA®, Cisco® and Citrix®, plus many other professional certification vendors. The training is designed to offer technical accuracy in conjunction with real-world analogies to promote understanding for beginners and experts alike.

CBT Nuggets is the leader in video-based IT certification training. Based in Eugene, Oregon, the company was founded in 1999 and is committed to providing quality educational training videos to the information technology industry. For more information, visit www.cbtnuggets.com/PRSBS.
