KnowledgePlanet Names Jodie K. Holway Director of Product Management

MECHANICSBURG, PA (PRWeb) December 18, 2006 -- KnowledgePlanet, a leading provider of performance-based learning solutions that enable organizations to maximize workforce and talent potential in alignment with business goals, today announced that Jodie Kalikow Holway has joined the company as Director of Product Management.

Holway is a veteran in the human capital management industry, with more than 15 years of product strategy, design, and marketing experience in enterprise learning and workforce management for corporate giants such as Oracle Corporation and Kronos, Inc., as well as human capital management solution provider, Saba Software.

She has a breadth of knowledge and an exceptional track record, and I'm confident and excited that we will be able to leverage her expertise as we refine and evolve our product strategies.
In her new leadership role, Holway will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic vision for KnowledgePlanet's solutions, specifically the company's flagship On-Demand Learning suite, in collaboration with KnowledgePlanet's extended product management and engineering leadership team. She will also spearhead the solution's feature roadmap and enforce advancing software conventions and standards across the company's multiple product lines to ensure KnowledgePlanet's ongoing goal of delivering a simple and superior user experience marked by consistency, instructional quality, and brand trust.

Holway joins KnowledgePlanet from Kronos, Inc., where she served as Product Marketing Manager and was responsible for integrating Human Resources and talent management software acquisitions into mainstream company positioning. Prior to that, Holway spent six years at Saba Software, where she was most recently Director of Product Management in charge of developing and implementing product strategy across all product suites. Additionally, Holway worked in Product Management for Oracle Corporation for eight years, where she served as a Principal Product Manager in Oracle's Internet Applications Division.

In 1999, Holway was appointed a visiting lecturer in Product Management at the Université da Vinci in Paris. Holway holds an AB from Harvard University and was also educated at the Sorbonne in Paris.
