This year the topic is “Working Smarter, Not Harder.” Guest speakers from manufacturing, health care, services, and consulting industries will be on hand.

The Annual ASQ Section 1304 St. Louis Quality Conference seeks to facilitate continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction by identifying, communicating, and promoting the use of quality principles, concepts, and technology.
Charles F. Knight, Chairman Emeritus, Emerson, will deliver the Keynote address, explaining in detail with examples from his new book, Performance Without Compromise, how the Emerson management process helped transform the company from a technology follower to a global leader in its major markets.
