Not just interesting links, but real information.
Ogden, UT (PRWEB) February 1, 2006 –- Comic Book Collection Made Easy is a new website designed to help all of those individuals interested in starting or maintaining a comic book collection. With the up surge of all the new comic book superhero movies coming out of Hollywood recently, there are many more individuals interested in this genre than most realize.
“The concept” says founder, Dave Gieber, “is to have a site with real meat and potatoes content to educated those just starting out with a comic collecting interest. I want to have an informative site for beginners and experienced alike. There are some great comic book sites on the Net, but many of them appear to be more experience oriented and not quite as content driven as what I am building. And some of the better sites, I do refer my visitors too. I am very proud of the positive comments I am receiving from my visitors and my newsletter subscribers”.
Comic Book Collection Made Easy is a source to help beginners get a collection started. There are articles on comic book protection and resources to use. Other pages contain info on how to grade your comic books in preparation for value estimation. There are also reviews on the best resources to use to estimate each comic’s monetary worth. And so far, the site owner has kept up diligent effort to comment back to all questions asked. Experienced connoisseurs of the genre are even giving positive feed back, which will be incorporated into the site.
Construction of the site has been going on for approximately a year. There are many very good pages up. Page construction and content generation will never stop though. A good content site for the visitors and properly constructed site for the search engines never completes construction. There is always more new content to research and new experience to add. And there is always that next level in the search results to obtain. In time and with constancy, this site will vault to many number one search engine positions and become available for the majority of those searching for serious comic book collecting content.
Visitors to the site are already discovering its’ usefulness. Just a sample of the comments that continue to pour in:
“Dave, Great site. I have been storing my books in cases and covers for some 25 years (over 600 comic books) and realize after so much time off, they really aren't of much value due to the explosion back in the 80's. Your 5 day course was outstanding.” Brett.
“Hi there. I've just recently discovered your site, and like you I have a passion for collecting comics. I've been buying and selling comics on ebay since... In any case, I'd love to hear back from you as it's always great talking to fellow collectors. All the best.” Dean
“I got your 5 day course, which was extremely helpful, and I checked out nostomania like you recommended, and after logging in my whole collection and printing an inventory sheet, complete with the value of each comic, my girlfriend finally takes my fav. hobby seriously”. Paulie
“Hello Dave, It was great to come across your site and to read (hear) your opinion on the CGC issue. I agree with you completely. To tell you the truth, I feel prouder to own a comic book that has been held and appreciated by young readers and that has withstood the onslaught of reader after reader. At 54 years old I still READ and collect DC and Marvel comics. That's about 42 years of reading. Thanks” Al
“Hi, I think your site is fantastic! I just started a collection of "THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN"… when I found your site I knew I had to sign up for it to learn all I could about it, you have taught me a lot with the 5 day course and I look forward to getting more from you!” Mike
