The Scanlon Leadership Network has helped five organizations become top 25 "Best Places to Work." The Network will show how servant leaders create best places to work by using four Scanlon E.P.I.C. Leadership Principles.

The Scanlon Network conference is one of the oldest continuing gatherings of leaders in the country. Begun in the 1940's and hosted by MIT, then Michigan State University, this will be the 42nd time the conference has been hosted by the Network.

The Conference includes workshops, tools to develop servant leadership, best practices, and tours of West Michigan servant lead organizations.

Many of the Network's members send delegations to the conference that include front-line leaders along with CEOs and Presidents. This allows leaders from all levels to learn together so as a team they can improve their organizations.

The Scanlon Network and Scanlon Foundation welcome all servant leaders to network with them in Kalamazoo.
