Farmington, CT (PRWEB) February 14, 2006 -- Last month's National Association of Home Builders’ show in Orlando, offered more than a dozen programs at which builders from around the country heard “How To Seminars” on increasing business. This spring, a continuation of targeted series of seminars is being offered for builders interested in increasing their profits in the new home market. Called the Smart Strategies Seminars To Grow your Homebuilding Business, it’s being sponsored by Home Buyer Publications, Building Systems Magazine, J. Rouleau & Associates and www.systemsbuiltnews.com. The upcoming one-day conferences are specifically geared to individuals who build, sell and market new homes.

Speakers will present cutting-edge information on sales, marketing, housing trends, technology, home designs, web sites, human recourses and merchandising your model homes. The seminars will focus on new home sales professionals, sales managers, realtors, builders, contractors, developers and entrepreneurs. The seminar will offer secrets of the top performers in the new home building industry.

The two locations this spring are Baltimore, MD March 10th & Louisville, KY March 31st. The one-day conference and trade show is geared for those interested in increasing their profits in the new home market. In addition to the general session builders will be able to attend a building systems Tabletop Trade Show that will allow builders to investigate systems built construction within the log, modular and panelized systems of construction.

Scott Rouleau, with a Connecticut based consulting firm specializing in the housing industry, emphasized that self-education of what the housing industry can offer is essential for working smart.
