Author will also provide 250 Katrina Survivors With Copies Of Her New Book “A Millionaire’s Real Estate Secret – Adrianna Dodge’s No Cash No Credit Home Buying System

Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) February 15, 2006 -- Adriana Dodge watched helplessly as did many Americans, as Hurricane Katrina wreaked havoc on New Orleans. Struck by the number of people who had no cash and no credit with which to rebuild, she recognized an opportunity to help by providing her No-Cash, No-Credit Home Buying Seminar and books to those devastated by the hurricane.

Adriana arrived in the United States in 1986 from her native Columbia with $700 in her pocket and no credit and worked in low-paying jobs until she discovered a way that almost anyone, even with no cash and no credit or even bad credit, could buy a home. Adriana began using the process and built a successful real estate company that has bought and sold dozens of homes a very simple process. “I knew that this was an opportunity for me to give something back and to show my thanks for my success in this country,” said Dodge.
Adriana continues: “I believe that everyone should have these skills, but most importantly right now, the people of New Orleans who have suffered so much recently.”

My hope is that once these people learn these techniques they can teach others as well. I’d like to help these first ten teach another hundred and those to each a thousand
Adriana along with publisher Morgan James Publishing, will be donating 250 copies of her book and will take on 10 people whom she will personally mentor and train in her No-Cash, No-Credit Home Buying Seminar. In order to be considered, Katrina victims need to send a brief essay explaining their situation. From the essays received, she will choose 10 people to take part in the seminar, and an additional 240 who will receive a free copy of her new book “A Millionaire’s Real Estate Secret.”

Anyone displaced by Hurricane Katrina who has issues with getting a home because of lack of cash and credit can send their brief (400 words or less) essay to katrinahomebuying@gmail.com. All submissions must include full name, current mailing address and phone number. The first 250 qualified applicants will receive a copy of Adriana’s book and from that group she will choose 10 people whom she will train. “My hope is that once these people learn these techniques they can teach others as well. I’d like to help these first ten teach another hundred and those to each a thousand,” said Dodge.

All submissions must be received by March 1st, 2006 to be considered
