Microsoft and Tulsa based eMonarch held events in Tulsa and Oklahoma City unveiling Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 to Oklahoma business executives and IT professionals this past week.

Tulsa, OK (PRWEB) February 17, 2006 -- Customer relationship management is one of the biggest challenges to Oklahoma businesses today. Tulsa based firm, eMonarch and Microsoft hosted the unveiling to show how Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be a vital part of a businesses CRM strategy by giving a business the ability to determine how effective marketing campaigns are, see what the vital statistics of their customers, and provide outstanding customer service by enabling staff to assist customers more efficiently. Microsoft's new CRM software is designed to work the way each business works—and works very well—because it works with the tools most businesses already use.

“CRM is really about a strategy involving every aspect of a business,” eMonarch President Sean Fullerton on Microsoft's CRM 3.0 software. “as its customer management processes improve sales, profitability and customer loyalty.”

“The biggest challenge that most organizations fight when looking to adopt a CRM tool is user adaptation as well as the ever changing culture that is required of businesses to be continuously successful.” Fullerton stated.

“Over the past several months, we've worked closely with some of our key customers around the world to demonstrate the value that Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 can bring to different types of businesses,” said Brad Wilson, general manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. “Our customers can testify to the value of a complete CRM suite that is easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to configure to meet the unique needs of their business.”

“Our goal with the events was to help companies understand the real focus behind a CRM solution and not focus on the tool so much. We really feel that Microsoft has developed the right tool to help organizations implement a successful CRM strategy. The key is that the tool MUST support the strategy as no tool ever improved a business without a solid strategy to back it up.” said Fullerton.
