The BPM Group today announced that Principals Steve Towers and Mark McGregor have been invited by GartnerGroup as featured speakers at the second addition of Gartner’s Business Process Management Summit to be held in Nashville, Tennessee the 27-29 March 2006.

Warwick, UK: Boston, MA (PRWEB) February 20, 2006 -- The BPM Group today announced that Principals Steve Towers and Mark McGregor have been invited by GartnerGroup as featured speakers at the second addition of Gartner’s Business Process Management Summit to be held in Nashville, Tennessee the 27-29 March 2006.

As two of only four non-GartnerGroup speakers on the program, Steve and Mark will be zeroing in on the creation of real value to the business with the workshop, “From Theory to Practice: Process Mapping and Modeling for the 21st Century.” The workshop will introduce new ideas and fresh thinking about how to deliver maps & models that add value to the business. Steve and Mark will specifically cover the areas of: Moving Beyond Brown Paper, The Four Stages of Analysis & Design, Understanding the Five Key Drivers, Using the Six Lenses of Analysis, The Seven Rules of Modeling and Avoiding the red herring of Process Notations.

Following Gartner’s record-breaking inaugural event last year, this second edition Business Process Management Summit will serve the growing need for BPM advice for both the business and IT community with an expanded 3 day - 3 track agenda featuring a comprehensive array of analyst, user and industry luminary presentations.

Steve and Mark, considered the “masters of mindset” in Operational Transformation, will also host a power breakfast where they will provide insight into “Successful Customer Outcomes – How to Deliver Improved Profitability and Customer Service Through Next Generation Process Practices”. The power breakfast focuses on customer-centric strategies that have already proven to create significant, even market disrupting, success for many businesses. The session details the changes, ideas and approaches required to focus on delivering the right results with information that is immediately actionable by those attending.

Support of this event by the BPM Group once again highlights the commitment of BPMG to actively support high quality programs offering real value to the BPM Group’s community of business process professionals and the BPM community at large.
