Free Fitness Video Newsletter Aims to Streamline Email Inboxes and Waistlines

Fitness Expert Kevin Gianni has revolutionized the way health and fitness tips are delivered over the internet by creating the "50 Second Fitness Quick Fix", a free e-video delivered to your inbox that is easy to digest, even easier to apply and takes less than a minute a week.

(PRWEB) February 22, 2006 -- Goodbye email newsletters. Hello e-video.

Kevin Gianni, the Busy Person’s Fitness Expert and author of The Lifestyle Fitness Points System, has revolutionized the way health and fitness tips are received through the internet.

Instead of using the common, lengthy and overused email newsletter approach, Gianni has created the “50-Second Fitness Quick Fix”, a weekly health and fitness video-zine that is recorded and then broadcast out to subscribers. The format gives hope to those who want health and fitness help, but don’t want to read long emails

“I don’t even have the time to read email newsletters anymore,” Gianni said, “So I was naïve to expect my subscribers to take time out of their busy day to read what I have to say, regardless of how important it is to their health. That’s why we created the Quick Fix, for those people who want their health and fitness information already prepackaged for them.”

The 50-Second Fitness Quick Fix is exactly what is says it is. A quick, 50-second video tip on health, fitness or nutrition each week that is easy for a busy person to digest. The weekly topics range from supplement advice to how to do a proper squat. The last 3 broadcasts were a three part series that gave specific advice on how to stay fit when you travel.

“The time commitment is 50 seconds, that’s all I ask. In this day, too many people are asking for too much of our time and we resist them, even if the messenger is giving you something really good.” said Gianni, “I think most people are at least sensible enough to take 50 seconds out of their day to focus on their health and fitness. That’s why this works.”

Each week, Gianni gathers information about a topic and presents it in an energetic and informative style that is easy to digest. “Each week there is only one focus, so anyone who gets the email isn’t overwhelmed or bombarded with too much info,” Gianni said, “You can’t pack too much into 50 seconds.”

Gianni and his partner, Annmarie Colameo, own Lifestyle Fitness Personal Training, an in-home personal training business based in Fairfield County, CT. Besides producing their weekly video-zine, they both work with busy people to improve nutrition and eating habits, develop exercise programs and identify areas of stress that need to be addressed.
